What happens if I skip or miss a scheduled vist?
If you need to reschedule, just let us know at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll find a new time. Missed appointments without notice do not roll over to the next month. We understand emergencies can happen, and we will do our best to reschedule!
What if my car is too dirty to qualify for a plan?
All vehicles must meet a minimum cleanliness standard before joining a maintenance plan. If your car requires deep cleaning (excessive stains, pet hair, or heavy buildup), we may recommend a one-time detail first before starting.
What if I need to pause or cancel my plan?
We understand that things change! You can pause, downgrade, or cancel your plan anytime with at least a 7-day notice before your next billing cycle. No contracts, no hassle.
Do I need to be present for my service?
No! With our valet-style service, we can pick up your keys from your garage, valet, office, or concierge and handle everything while you go about your day.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and digital payments. All plans are billed automatically at the beginning of each month for seamless service.
Can I add multiple cars to my plan?
Yes! We offer multi-car discounts for households with a minimum of 3 vehicles. Just select how many cars you’d like serviced when signing up!
